Casa Vitale is a newly restored farmhouse within walking distance of the hilltop town of Carassai. The house has panoramic and stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the Sibillini mountains and the Adriatic sea. The grounds immediately around the house and the pool are landscaped and there is an olive grove of some 80 trees. The infinity pool is positioned to maximise the incredible views. The house is on an easily accessible private white road only two to three hundred yards from the maintained road leading to the village.
